What is included in the first year?
Every NoHide device includes twelve months’ product support. The ten-device organisational package includes that support for all ten units.
Will the device stop working if we do not renew?
No. The device keeps working after the included support period ends. Renewing support is optional.
How much is renewal for ten devices?
At £50 + VAT per device per year, support for ten devices is £500 + VAT per year after the included first year.
What are the support and warranty arrangements?
We confirm the support arrangements, software-update entitlements and hardware-warranty terms in your quote, so your organisation knows what is covered before purchasing.
Who can purchase NoHide?
NoHide is supplied only to verified law-enforcement and other approved organisations. We review the organisation and intended use before supply. Individual consumer sales are not offered.
